QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for “Sales Representative” to join our Sales Team in İstanbul in one of the most popular Tower in Sisli.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Only Turkish Nationality is required
- Bachelor`s / University degree
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken
- At least 2-10 years of sales experience,
- Excellent Oral&Written Communication and Presentable Appearance; in order to maintain positive and professional image of the company,
- Proactive, self-sufficient, and open-minded personality with results oriented approach,
- Excellent planning, reporting, organization and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and passionate with excellent communication skills
- Completed military obligation for male candidates is a plus
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developed relationships with foreign clients and real estate agents to understand their needs and provide the best real estate solutions.
- Served as a representative for clients from start to the end of transaction closing.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Provided strategic planning for business development and market analysis for potential commercial leases.
- Participated in the company's sales strategy.
