University degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Relations, Foreign Trade or relevant fields,
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position,
Good command of English in both written and verbal communication
Excellent command of MS Office applications, Canias knowledge is a plus
Having strong interpersonal , communication skills
Inclined to teamwork and solution-oriented
Well organized and good at time management skills
Preferred residence location: İzmir
An active car driver,

İŞ TANIMI
- Supporting the Sales team in terms of price offer preparation and tracking the orders
- Creating price offers in the system
- Entering orders to the system and tracking the orders
- Carrying out all the documentation process of sales operation
- Enabling the coordination between sales team and potential customes
- Assisting in the preparation of tender document
- Greeting the committees and hosting when needed
- Conducting market search for procurement activities
