JOB DESCRIPTION
• Managing & following up orders in from the customers
• Assure the management of the orders, information and requests coming from the customers
• Verify the product availability for the incoming requests of the customers acknowledging, recording and managing the orders of the customers and their requests about the tracking of each order
• Guarantee the customer service level by managing and programming the shipping activities
• File and update the customer master data about the clients, cooperating with Administration & Control
QUALIFICATIONS
• Customer oriented approach
• To be able to use written and oral communication channels effectively
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• To be prone to cooperation and team work
• To be dynamic and accountable
• Very good analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent command of English (fluency in French would be a plus)
