QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Unifree is a German-partnered (Gebr. Heinemann) duty-free company that sells in the customs area and manages the world's largest duty-free area at Istanbul Airport. Apart from that, it has operations at Dalaman, Kosova Airports and Dereköy border gate. While managing these operations, it works with the headquarters in Germany and uses the most up-to-date product family of SAP. The person in this position is expected to support the SAP systems on which the operation runs and make the necessary configurations and improvements.
Qualifications
- Graduated from engineering departments, master degree is a plus,
- Min. 4 years of experience on SAP projects,
- Worked on SAP modules such as IS-Retail, MM, SD, EWM, SCM, Forecast & Replenishment, CAR, PMR, Master Data is a big asset,
- Worked on requirement analysis in SAP and software projects,
- Familiar with SAP and Agile project management methodology (PMP or PSM I is a plus),
- Having knowledge and experience on SAP and Non-SAP system integration issues,
- Ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills,
- Familiarity with Task Tracking, Documentation and Team Collaboration Software (like Jira),
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken or preferably German,
- Capable of technical analysis, analytical, open to learning new technologies and solutions,
- Prone to teamwork and strong human relations, powerful communication skills,
- Following up the developments on new products, services, and technologies in the field has a high desire to learn and develop, and can easily adapt to technological innovations.
Job Description
- Analyzing and processing requirements of business partners (SAP & non-SAP Projects),
- Creating and managing project documentation including business requirements, functional design documents to ensure projects are delivered on time and on quality in order to meet business expectations,
- Preparing and executing test scenarios, including defect tracking and reporting, confirming that requirements are accurate and complete,
- Building relationships between business and SAP consultant and technical teams to ensure successful communication and implementation,
- Providing support and information for the resolution of issues and defects,
- Participating in the preparation of project time plans, tracking project status,
- Make and coordinate functional & UAT tests for responsible applications.
