Our Sales Enablement team are the architects, orchestrators, facilitators, and enablers.

They break the complexity of Sales Enablement into practical ideas through scalable and repeatable practices that will lead to increased revenue.

Being a part of our sales enablement team requires an artwork that is centered around “getting the right people in the right conversations with the right decision-makers in the right way”.


We are looking for a self-motivated and tech-savvy bug, who is passionate about delivering the training, content, processes, practices, and tools needed to support our salespeople throughout the buyer's journey.


As a Sales Enablement Manager in Insider day in and day out you will

    • Deliver sales onboarding, training, and enablement programs to the Insider Sales organization to drive comprehension and application of core Insider Sales Enablement initiatives
    • Provide individualized and ongoing sales coaching to improve the sales team’s performance
    • Run assessments and review evaluations to ensure proficiency adherence based on competency needs related to various sales roles
    • Ensure collaboration among cross-functional teams and Subject-Matter-Experts for the rollout and delivery of new material including but not limited to; new marketing assets, product roll-outs and/or enhancements, and other sales supported initiatives
    • Support the development of “train the trainer” program for Sales team members & managers to drive supplemental facilitation supporting the retention and application of released programs
    • Run retrospectives and evaluations to continually assess and identify areas for improvement related to the sales enablement experience
    • Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at the point of need
    • Create and update playbooks based on seller feedback and shifting market demands.
    • Participate in the selection and implementation/deployment of technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness


What we expect from you

    • A bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or sales enablement/productivity/readiness fields, prior experience in SaaS would be a plus
    • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
    • Go-getter and self-starter attitude with a track record in taking initiative and owning end-to-end deliverables in a fast-paced environment
    • To juggle multiple tasks at the same time with superior project and time management skills. And a keen eye for detail!
    • Ability to analyze and interpret data to run retrospectives and evaluations to continually assess and identify areas for improvement
