QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and hardworking professional to join our team as Sales Team Leader -Hair Transplant Clinic- to based in Ataşehir - Ümraniye Şerifali, Istanbul, Turkey.
- Having at least 1 year of managerial experience in sales team or call center management, preferably in the health/hair transplant / aesthetic sector,
- Developed team management and coaching skills, able to manage the working system of the team,
- Proficient in written and spoken English,
- Developed communication and problem-solving skills,
- High periodic reporting skills,
- To be able to take action by analyzing the report results and to provide studies to increase the service quality,
- Highly motivated, strong communication and persuasion skills on the phone,
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and questioning skills,
- Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
- Compatible with intense working tempo and flexible working hours,
- Having the ability to represent corporate identity,
- Will be able to determine the targets of the sales operation and provide the necessary management for their efficient work,
- Preparing daily and monthly performance reports of the team,
- To be able to prepare the necessary training plans related to sales competency,
- To be able to work for the development of the processes under his/her responsibility,
- To be able to analyze efficiency, profit-cost,
- Be able to take an active role in portfolio-enhancing activities through CRM, field sales and digital channels,
- Does not have a situation that prevents him/her from working on Saturdays,
