QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Associate or bachelor's degree,
- Advanced or high level of written and spoken English and communication skills,
- Able to get in contact with the patient before their arrival in order to make the last checks, informing the hotel&transfer details,
- Confirming tickets and the arrivals of patients by contacting them according to their arrival dates,
- Arranging transfers of the patients with the transfer team,
- Planning hotel rooms of patients with hotels
- Strong experience working with Office Programs and Excel
- Able to process patient reservations from agencies into the CRM program within the company,
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, solution-oriented,
- Should be able to keep up with the busy schedule,
- Male candidates should have completed military service.
