· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration, MIS or other related fields
· Min. 3 years of experience as a business analyst or functional software consultant
· In-depth Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 knowledge is a must
· MS SQL, Power BI and web applications knowledge is a strong asset
· Familiarity with SharePoint, Power Automate and Microsoft 365 products (optional)
· Supply Chain systems experience (optional)
· Ability to elaborate and assess application/system interface specifications
· Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modelling, application design and testing
· Experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software applications

Applications & Services Activities
· Participate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications
· Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project scope and vision
· Conduct interviews to gather user requirements
· Establish and document scope and parameters of requirements analysis
· Create technical specifications documents to provide direction to the development team
· Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems
· Deliver training to end users for modified and new systems
· Provide post-implementation support
· Track the status of requirements and communicate with internal and external partners throughout the project lifecycle
Operational Activities
· Ensure compatibility and interoperability of cross platform systems
· Internal/External stakeholder support to provide detailed business rule knowledge of deployed solution
· Provide ongoing application and integration support aspects of deployed toolset
Strategic Activities
· Propose recommendations that address existing and potential trouble areas in software applications
· Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes
· Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems
