We're looking for a "Senior Business Analyst" for our Head Office in Gebze.
Job Description
- Realize and translate customer opportunities and pain points into detailed product requirements.
- Conduct product requirement meetings with customer and engineering team to develop the most optimal solution.
- Create and manage product backlog items, prioritize them with the customer and team in line with product strategy and goals.
- Contributing to the technical design and development to ensure all business needs are satisfied.
- Assist project manager and engineering team by providing clear and unambiguous specifications to enable them to produce quality software.
- Participate in user experience flow and review processes.
- Support QA team while deriving and running test scenarios.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; preferably Computer Engineering /SW engineering/IT Technologies.
- Software Business Analyst or Software Product Owner experience focused on creating product backlog, requirements; and driving the development teams for execution of backlog.
- Technical background is highly desired. Knowledge and understanding on SQL, Web Services, Cloud is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Capability in understanding the technical aspects of the project.
- Good knowledge of agile software development practices.
- Experience in prioritizing competing demands, scoping large efforts and negotiating timelines.
- Comfortable on Business Analysis Modeling tools.
- Fluent in English with strong oral and written skills.
- Experience on Jira and Confluence is a plus.
- Team player.
