QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Turkon Line has been one of the leading companies in the maritime transport (container transport) sector for more than 20 years with its regular services in the USA, Mediterranean, Black Sea and Northern Europe regions. We are looking for a “Senior HR Business Partner” to be based in Altunizade/İstanbul. The position will be responsible for the following tasks and duties;
- Ensuring the the assigned HR process flow works properly and improves according to the new needs and requirements,
- Proposing/ Implementing new tool and/or methodologies to improve the HR processes under his/her field of responsibility,
- Ensuring our company is a preferred workplace for internal & external talents
- Proposes new projects to improve internal communication,
- Supporting organisational restructuring projects in planning and communication stages,
- Following up recent policy /procedures for the assigned HR processes,
- Improve contacts with the universities to attract high potential students for hiring as well as to attending our internship program,
- Implementing Recruitment process (hiring, onboarding, interns, outsourcing etc.).
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university (Superior education in HR or Organizational Psychology would be a plus),
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience, (Consultancy, Organizational Development or HR Generalist experience is an asset),
- Strong business and commercial understanding, and analytical thinking,
- Skilful for in-depth analysis of the HR data,
- Good understanding of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel) and HR information systems would be advantageous,
- Strategic mindset, able to think strategically and drive effective and sustainable solutions,
- High focus and drive for results, willing to take ownership and strong in follow up,
- Able to work on a multi task base,
- Proactive,
- Fluency in written and oral English,
- Locating in İstanbul.
