QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

We’re looking for a Senior Internal Auditor/Process Leader to join Beyçelik Holding Internal Audit Team in İstanbul/Ataşehir with the skills such as;

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Internal Audit
• Experience in Investigation studies
• Having CIA, CPA, CRMA certificates is a plus
• Experience in Production sector and multinational companies is a plus
• Experience in SAP system
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Fluent in English
• Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills
• Team member, having an analytical mindset, result oriented
• No military service obligation for male candidates
• Travel flexibility

Job Description

• Perform process audits, operational audits and compliance audits of all group companies in a professional manner and in accordance with the approved audit program
• Ensure completion of audits/projects within agreed timescales
• Analyze operational and management processes and system controls’ effectiveness and efficiency in view to improve them and propose value-added, creative recommendations and control practices for the audit findings
• Prepare and organize working papers with adequate documentation showing nature, scope and results of examination
• Presenting and reporting the audit findings in well-drafted and understandable manner
• Responsible for the audits of Beyçelik Holding and all of its group companies, in Turkey and abroad.
