What about the role?
To manage the procurement process for packaging materials that company needs.
This is a temporary position for 15 months, the employee will have a fixed-term employment contract as a contractor.
What you will be doing?
- Manage RFQ, negotiation and contractual processes of all Packaging categories. Update unit prices of packaging materials in SAP
- Provide packaging material cost assumptions to finance and/or to innovation team
- Manage, track and report cost reduction and saving projects
- Manage strategic relationship with all packaging suppliers, carry out supplier qualification, evaluation processes and compliance requirements such as Sedex
- Manage new supplier onboarding in coordination with quality team
- Have periodic meetings with global teams to align on category strategies and implement these strategies to local market
What we are looking for
- Bachelor degree
- Min. 3-4 years of experience in procurement
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- SAP/SRM knowledge
- Analytical and result oriented
- Good communication skills
- A great team player
