University degree of Mechanical / Material / Industrial Engineering (MSc./ PhD preferable),
Having relevant professional experience and can demonstrate how to use methods and standards in the product development process,
Minimum 5 years’ experience in R&D (preferably in HVAC),
Actively involved in product development projects and preferably completed at least 1 project,
Knowledge of electrical household appliances and its directives& standards (preferably heating appliances),
Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
Good capability of Windchill (e-Bom, m-Bom structure knowledge), Polarion,
Advanced problem-solving techniques and analytical thinking (6-Sigma Green belt certified as preferable),
Excellent communication, presentation and conflict management skills,
Able to work in international projects and travel abroad.
Job Description
Leading the development team and planning the development activities in accordance with the product development process in new projects.
Quality-oriented development and design of component and thermodynamic product functions of wall-mounted condensing gas boilers
Determining technical needs by examining the demands from customers
To develop and select components/ modules in projects and carry-out verification & part approval process
To create documentation for products, assemblies, components and their functional requirements, such as specification and nominal data, taking into account the standards, rules and standards
Determination of product boundary conditions, execution of, FMEA studies, creation and tracking of the master verification planning (MVP)
To perform approvals of Product/module/part and specifications
To improve product designs in terms of producibility and efficiency during the introduction of new products
To research, implement pre-development projects that will protect the competitive structure within the company's strategic plans by following the new technologies.
Identifying value optimization potentials in modules and components by re-evaluating customer requirements and planning their implementation in new designs.
