As REED Turkey now we are looking for a 'Senior Recruitment Consultant' with below requirements for our growing organization.

Qualifications

  • At least Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 8 years experience on recruitment or sales/business development in a Corporate environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-developed negotiating and influencing skills preferably developed in a track record of successful hires
  • Strong business acumen, with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to prioritize well and effectively between competing demands and challenging timelines
  • Strong planning and analytical skills

Job Description

  • Take responsibility for his/her division for us which is sourcing and placing professionals at senior and executive levels
  • Proactively build, develop and manage key external talent pipelines
  • Agree and define the resourcing strategy, roles and responsibilities, recruitment process, timelines and risk mitigation with client
  • Engage with external networks and build networks as required in order to fulfil requirements
  • Support the continued improvement of the current recruitment system to achieve operational excellence, ensuring the organization has a system which is fit for purpose and can be continually improved in the future
  • Serve as a liaison between client and candidate throughout recruitment process
  • Consistently follow up with active clients and candidates to strengthen presence
  • Develop new client relationships, manage his/her portfolio of clients, create opportunities, attend client meetings
  • Manage and follow up Client proposal processes
