QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or other related fields (Master’s degree or PhD is a plus),
- Having a minimum of 6 years of experience in related process in a BIST 100 Company,
- Strong knowledge and experience of applying the Capital Market Law, Turkish Commercial Code and the relevant Communiqués and Regulations of these Laws,
- Having a Capital Market Activities Level 3 License and Corporate Governance Rating License, e-General Assembly Certificate,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,

The position is located in Sütlüce.
How will you foster the challenge?We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist – Capital Markets Compliance who will join our team at Finance & Enterprise Risk Directorate.
- Defining inside information of the company, informing the relevant persons within the company about their legal responsibilities, keeping a list of those who have access to inside information and making the necessary reporting to the state institutions within the scope of the Capital Market Law,
- Establishing communication with the Capital Markets Board, Borsa Istanbul, Central Registry Agency (MKK), entering the Company information on MKK's e-Company and e-GEM websites with the authorized electronic signature,
- Making material event disclosures to be publicly disclosed through MKK's PDP system, publishing our financial statements on the PDP, uploading material event disclosures to the company website,
- Handling capital increase, dividend payment and representation procedures in the general assembly of the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates,
- Coordinating of preparations fulfilment of all legal obligations for the Company Shareholders General Assembly meeting,
- Taking part in the preparation of the quarterly and annual reports of the company, preparing the corporate governance principles compliance report,
- Following up the corporate governance changes in the Capital Market Law and the Commercial Code, and updating related staff within the company,
- Providing information to the rating agency in the process of the Corporate Governance Rating Score given to the Company each year by the independent rating agency,
- Maintaining relations with the shareholders of the Company and being responsible for the legal transactions of the shares,
