QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


How we describe the perfect fit?

  • Bachelor's Deree in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering,
  • Minimum 8 years of related job experience,
  • Experience in a multinational working environment is preferred,
  • Solid understanding of compensation concepts, including job analysis, market pricing and total rewards,
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and ability to successfully perform in-depth analyses,
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture,
  • Ability to research, compiles and interprets data in a logical format,
  • Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast paced, challenging and dynamic environment,
  • Able to identify potential issues, take the initiative to resolve problems and think through future implications,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Compensation & Benefits will join our team at Europe, Middle East, North Africa & Americas-Human Resources.
  • Assisting in development ad administration of compensation strategy and structure,
  • Analyzing different components of the compensation scheme in the organization and preparing reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness,
  • Preparing salary increase and bonus calculations,
  • Cooperating and managing the relationship with the HR BP's and HR Managers closely,
  • Preparing and monitoring annual HR expense and company personnel budget,
  • Collaborating as part of the Tota Rewards team to develop internal practices and continually improve.
