How do we describe the perfect fit?

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields,
  • Min. 8 years of experience, along with proof of having it, in a digital marketing background,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Having experience with global brands is a big plus,
  • Having advanced knowledge of digital ad solutions such as Display, Mobile, Social (Facebook/IG, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat), Native, Search/SEM, Video (Pre-roll, OTT/Connected-TV), etc.
  • Having a good amount of working information of operating DSP/ad-buying platforms such as Doubleclick, Google Adwords, Facebook BM, Trade Desk, Brightroll, etc.
  • Understanding ad metrics and KPI’s,
  • High creativity with experience in sourcing out the target audience,
  • Experience with management of the various processes and activities,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence others,
  • Strong presentation skills,
  • Proven ability to design and present analysis/insights to all levels in an organization both internally and externally,
  • Ability to develop budgets,
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth, complex environment,
  • Strong project management skills,
  • Results-oriented and metrics-driven mindset.

How will you foster the change?
Arçelik is looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Digital Marketing who will join our team at Global Brand & Marketing Communication Directorate.
  • Having overall ownership of global digital content creation, management, and optimization plan,
  • Developing thoughtful, effective, and cohesive digital marketing plans specific to individual countries or globally that support product and campaign launches,
  • Developing content with agencies in a timely and efficient manner that is relevant and credible from an audience perspective, while reinforcing organizational mission, brand promise, and focus areas,
  • Creating organized, cohesive decks for our markets across the world that clearly demonstrate strategic thinking and generate enthusiasm for the social work,
  • Writing strategically sound briefs to guide creative development,
  • Making regular analysis and communication of results to vendors with recommendations for actionable changes and insights,
  • Building and implementing recommended marketing plans, presenting benefits, reviewing/sharing results, and adjusting to maximize sales results,
  • Maintaining and managing efficient and collaborative relationships with key internal partners,
  • Driving demand, leads, and retention through best digital practices and marketing programs,
  • Keeping team members and agencies working within established timelines/deadlines,
  • Adapting to last-minute changes and reprioritizing jobs.
