Job Summary:
We are looking for an outstanding Senior UX/UI Designer, who is passionate about the way people experience the web, have mad software skills and a sharp eye for detail to join our in-house design team.
In this role, you will work with the design team responsible for the look and feel of Propline's web presence (including, but not limited to, website, app. landing pages and blog). Reporting to the CMO, you will work closely with the Marketing design and development teams, as well as other departments, so teamwork is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Create storyboards, wireframes, visual aesthetic and interactive prototypes to guide development
- Conceptualize, explore and propose new features, behaviors and enhancements to our website
- Responsible for the overall user experience and web design of our website, landing pages, blogs and email campaigns, both for desktop and mobile
- Build a deep understanding of user behaviour and competition through research and design exploration
Required Skills / Abilities
- 7+ years of experience related to the web design industry
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and design mock-ups to share with designers and developers
- Has an outstanding portfolio of interaction design work for desktop and mobile applications
- Advanced knowledge of common authoring tools, such as Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of HTML and CSS capabilities and limitations is required
- Experience designing responsive websites and applications
- Able to collaborate with different teams, including developers, product managers, data analysts and senior leaders
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Exceptional understanding of fundamental design elements and principals
- Must be able to manage time well to meet tight deadlines and be a self starter
- Has an exceptional eye for detail (pixel perfect)
