Within our increasing business scope in Turkey, we are seeking for qualified young engineers for “Service Engineer/Technician” position at ourRobotics Divisionlocated at headquarters in İstanbul. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • University/Technical High School degree in Electronics/Electrical, Mechanical, Control or Mechatronics or equivalent
  • 2-3 years experience preferably in field service, or equivalent co-education is an asset. Robotics experience is a definite plus!
  • Well organized with good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Experience with automation and robotics tools (PLC,I/O, offline programming, simulation software,industrial comm.protocols,motion control systems)
  • Must possess excellent customer relation's skills.
  • Result oriented and long term determination
  • Team player, high motivation
  • Self discipline, close follow up
  • Very good command of English and second language(German,French etc.) would be a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Aged below 30 and based in İstanbul.
  • Military service must be completed for male candidates.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Perform preventive maintenance on customer site
  • On-site interventions for urgent customer requests (Diagnosis, trouble-shooting&repair procedures)
  • Completing required service reports
  • Build and maintain strong relations with the customers and the integrators
  • Evaluate customer needs and provide in-depth phone support through hotline
  • Improving customer knowledge for best product performance
  • Preparation of demo cells for feasibility, workshops and trade shows
  • Conducting customer trainings
  • Increase and enhancement of brand awareness via best level of customer service
  • Improvement of in-depth knowledge day to day within the local and global support team
