QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Travel Agent” to join our Istanbul office.

Brokerage division holds several brokerage licences across the world through its joint ventures and partnership companies. With over 300+ million total executions and $1,2 Trillion annual transactions volume so far, GKG has become one of the best-known brokers in the world.
- Responsibilities:
- To prepare alternative programs to be offered for the overseas reservations of company employees.
- Responding to reservations, questions and requests of foreign hotels, foreign vehicles, international transfers and other products received by e-mail and/or phone in a timely manner.
- Quickly responding to domestic and international demands, informing employees about jobs to be held.
- Working in coordination with the sales unit and the visa agency.
- To follow up visa procedures
- Working in coordination with other units in the Complaint Management process.
- The regions to be traveled; to convey information to the employees by following the weather conditions, hotel densities and special periods.
- To follow up all kinds of problems that may arise during travel, to find solutions and to ensure that the employees have a smooth travel.
- To follow the invoice processes by working in coordination with the finance department.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from related departments of universities
- At least 4 years of experience in Travel Agent
- Fluent in English
- Able to express oneself effectively while communicating
- Ability to identify problems and develop solution methods to prevent recurrence
- Strong planning and organizational skills and good time management
- If you are curious, constantly improving yourself, and able to transform what you have learned into creative and new ideas.
