Site Manager/Site Engineer For Solar Power Plant İş İlanı

Duties

· Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion

· Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations

· Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors

· Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory

· Meet contractual conditions of performance

· Review the work progress on daily basis

· Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status

· Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones

· Analyze, manage and mitigate risks

· Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

· Developing the program of work and strategy for making the project happen

· Planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur, for example, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials

· Making safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health, safety and the environment (HSE) are adhered to

· Using construction management software packages to plan smooth work flows

· Communicating with a range of people including the client, subcontractors, suppliers, the public and the workforce

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in construction management
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process
• Familiarity with construction management software packages
• Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
• Competent in conflict and crisis management
• Leadership and human resources management skills
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Ability to live in remote and harsh environments
• BS degree in construction management, electrical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering or related field
• >5 Years of similar experiences

· Fluent in spoken and written English
