We are looking for an “Associate” for our growing Global Mobility/Social Securities department with following qualifications.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree from reputable universities preferably in faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Labour Economics and Industrial Relations or other related disciplines,
- 0-2 years of significant business experience,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English,
- Good knowledge of MS Office,
- Ability to travel (domestic),
- A problem solver with a very good analytical thinking skills to be able to work in multi-tasking environment,
- Strong teamwork / collaboration skills,
- No military obligation for male candidates or postponed at least 2 years,
- Willing to read legislation (Especially Turkish social security legislation, labour law and etc),
- Open to self-development and learning,
- Experience in working under pressure and with tight deadlines,
- An energetic and self-motivated person who will be comfortable operating under pressure and committed to meeting tight deadlines,
- Likes working in a team and fully focused on teamwork and job quality,
- Willing to take new responsibilities.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assisting in drafting proposals, engagement letters, reports and other correspondences
- Providing support in preparation of charts and presentations
- Performing market studies and industry research in the context of social security and consultancy projects
