We are looking for an “Associate” for our growing Global Mobility/Social Securities department with following qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree from reputable universities preferably in faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Labour Economics and Industrial Relations or other related disciplines,
  • 0-2 years of significant business experience,
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office,
  • Ability to travel (domestic),
  • A problem solver with a very good analytical thinking skills to be able to work in multi-tasking environment,
  • Strong teamwork / collaboration skills,
  • No military obligation for male candidates or postponed at least 2 years,
  • Willing to read legislation (Especially Turkish social security legislation, labour law and etc),
  • Open to self-development and learning,
  • Experience in working under pressure and with tight deadlines,
  • An energetic and self-motivated person who will be comfortable operating under pressure and committed to meeting tight deadlines,
  • Likes working in a team and fully focused on teamwork and job quality,
  • Willing to take new responsibilities.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assisting in drafting proposals, engagement letters, reports and other correspondences
  • Providing support in preparation of charts and presentations
  • Performing market studies and industry research in the context of social security and consultancy projects
