We are searching for a Software Support Specialist based in İstanbul with below qualifications;
· Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university(Preferably in Information Technologies, Software, Computer Programming),
· Preferably, manage JD Edward software projects,
· Enthusiastic about learning new technologies,
· Strong customer-oriented perspective,
· Excellent communication, planning, and organization skills,
· Good command of English.
JOB DESCRIPTION;
- Ensures the management, improvement and compliance of softwares used in the company with the existing processes,
- Identifies the problems and needs related to the software used and implements the necessary improvements,
- Tracking the resolution of the problem and notifying the customer after it is resolved,
- Provides the creation of software documents and providing user trainings for the efficient use of the software,
- Carrying out the development and running of softwares,
- Documenting the user and system needs determined about softwares and following the development processes of the designs needed.
