Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (in Software or Computer Science, related branches is a plus)
- Proficient writing and speaking skills in English
- Experienced as a Software Support Specialist
- Knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript is a plus
- Being able to work in shifts
- Good at working either with team or working independently
- Self and highly motivated
- Highly motivated to work in an international company
- Very detail oriented with the proven ability to work quickly and accurately
- Strong communication ability with the customers
- Regular reporting about detected problems
Job Description
- Providing live support for the products & services we serve
- Tracking the processes of the API integrations of customers
- Keeping in touch with the customers and the development team to keep the product updated
- Preparing periodic reports about the duration of the integrations
- Keeping the records of all contacts, send regular e-mails to all contacts
