QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


How do we describe the perfect fit?
  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields from relevant universities (Master's Degree is a plus),
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits,
  • Having experience in HR operations & Compensation,
  • Having hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research,
  • Knowledge of best practices,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel,
  • Thinking broadly about business,
  • Understanding the needs of the market & customer,
  • Having the desire to do outstanding work,
  • Recognizing and understanding the emotions of other people,
  • Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
  • Building collaboration,
  • Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

The position is located in Sütlüce.


How will you foster the change?

We are looking for a Senior Specialist - Compensation & Benefits who will work for Human Resources Directorate.
  • Creating and analyzing job descriptions evaluations and classifications,
  • Conducting salary and labor market research to define benchmarks,
  • Keeping abreast with the new trend and best practices in the field,
  • Ensuring the compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations,
  • Overseeing competitive analysis, merit increases, and salary structure,
  • Coordinating C&B processes like salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
  • Analyzing different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and preparing reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness,
  • Participating in compensation projects for the entire organization,
  • Providing ongoing compensation and benefits education with management and employees.
