- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields from relevant universities (Master's Degree is a plus),
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits,
- Having experience in HR operations & Compensation,
- Having hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research,
- Knowledge of best practices,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding the needs of the market & customer,
- Having the desire to do outstanding work,

How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a Senior Specialist - Compensation & Benefits who will work for Human Resources Directorate.
- Creating and analyzing job descriptions evaluations and classifications,
- Conducting salary and labor market research to define benchmarks,
- Keeping abreast with the new trend and best practices in the field,
- Ensuring the compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations,
- Overseeing competitive analysis, merit increases, and salary structure,
- Coordinating C&B processes like salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
- Analyzing different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and preparing reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness,
- Participating in compensation projects for the entire organization,
- Providing ongoing compensation and benefits education with management and employees.
