QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (master’s degree is a plus),

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
-
Having experience in problem-solving methods,
-
Having minimum 3 years experience in production, system development in electrical motor, defense and/or automotive industry,

Having experience of data mining, visualization, statistical analysis in production processes,
-
Green or Black Belt in 6 Sigma is a plus,
-
Having experience in Qlik Sense or Microsoft Power BI is a plus,
-
Having knowledge and experience in TPM, 5S,
-
Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus),

Following and adopting the market trends and new Technologies,

Outside the boxthinking ability,

How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist - Production who will join our team at WAT Motor Production & Supplier Development Tribe.

Be a part of Agile Teams both under Production Tribe and other Tribes focused on R&D and Supply Management,
-
Lead production teams and projects to meet company targets,
-
Be responsible to maintain teams with high performance together with high engagement,
-
Active involvement in R&D projects via Agile Teams,
-
Active involvement and responsibility in Quality Improvement Projects,
-
Lead Health&Safety, 5 S improvements,
-
Perform data analysis and trigger and lead improvement, transformation projects in production,
-
Lead maintenance and OEE improvement projects .
