- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economy, Business Administration or Engineering,
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position,
- Excellent command of verbal and written English,
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications,
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks,
- Strong business follow-up capabilities,
- Strong communication skills and high energy and motivation to work in a challenging environment,
- Completed military service for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
- Making market analysis and reporting regularly
- Following the sector closely, providing recommendations about differentiated products, services and campaigns.
- Managing the product development process of newly issued products according to the needs of customer.
- Implementing and analyzing results of the campaigns to identify needs of customers with distribution channels.
- Identifying necessary actions of existing customer data with analytical perspective by analysing criterias such as promotion, collection, complain,cross-selling activities.
- Managing customer segmentation efforts towards CRM strategy.
- Managing and preparing data source for market research process for our services, our products and our brands
- Managing the preparation management presentations in cooperation with relevant departments
- Further enhancing & promoting customer loyalty program
