QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

· This role provides an outstanding opportunity for a self-motivated candidate to gain insight to multiple aspects of business and different departments in a short time period as being a part of Strategy&Growth Office.

· In this role you will be responsible for designing, planning, organizing and executing multiple intra-departmental projects with different teams.

· You are expected to know the status of each task, any time, measure respective project KPIs, and report them when required.

The ideal candidate:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent preferred.

· 1 year experience in a business/ IT analyst position

· 2 years of consulting experience for Strategy&Growth Office Consultant position

· Consulting/ Telecom / Banking sector experience is a plus

· Former experience in Business / IT Analysis for multiple projects is a plus

· Former experience in User Story / Use Case creation is a plus

· An ability to manage multiple projects across disciplines

· Proficient in all standard business software, especially in Microsoft Excel

· Knowledgeable about office processes and procedures.

· Ability to work with integrity, discretion and a professional approach.

· Problem-solving and active listening

· Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders

· High attention detail, with a focus on quality outcomes

· Ability to work autonomously

· Well-presented and professional

· Ability to work flexible hours when required

Key responsibilities will include:

· Communicates directly, and on behalf of the Strategy&Growth Office, with project owners/teams

· Undertake assigned projects and be part of the whole project life cycle

· Analyze, create User Stories, Use Cases and detailed backlog tasks for each project together with the teams.

· Try to listen, learn, put together, even design end-to-end steps required to implement an idea and transform the idea to a structured project

· Criticize/Check project backlog tasks regularly and make necessary updates if required

· Follow up on the backlog tasks with project owners and teams

· Daily/Weekly reporting of the major changes and decisions on projects

· Closely follow tasks that are delayed and record / report each delay with causes

· Learning root causes of the major delays and try to solve/accelerate them with respective parties

· Undertake target market, product, price and many other quantitative and qualitative analysis when needed

· Analyze new sales channels from multiple perspectives

· Creating financial models to evaluate attractiveness of opportunities

· Create and give presentations regarding the projects or the analysis that are undertaken by Strategy&Growth Office.

· Communicate effectively and Manage Relations between project team members across different departments.
