Enerjisa Uretim is looking for amazing and passionate colleagues to expand its Strategy, M&A and Commercial Analysis Team. This position’s main task will be to support and challenge the business in performance discussions with regard to efficiency and improvement initiatives. Our foremost objective is to promote Enerjisa Üretim’s operational (commercial) success. We are responsible for Strategic Planning and Commercial Analysis of the Generation & Trading Business.

Job Responsibilities;

· Coordination of Mid Term Planning, Budget and projections in collaboration with the Optimization Team, Plants and Finance

· Monitoring and analysis of commercial operations and their financial implications on a regular basis against the targets

· Ensuring inclusive commercial management between operational and financial objectives

· Supporting all aspects of potential M&A processes by conducting strategic analysis, building financial modelwith sensitivity analysis, preparing valuation (DCF), leading Due Diligence process, participating in contract negotiations and preparing investor presentations (IM)

· Collaborating with many departments across the company in multifunctional projects representing Strategy and Portfolio Management

· Developing innovative ideas in order to continuously improve the business

· Regular follow up of trends and legislation in the energy market

Requirements and General Qualifications;

· Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Engineering

· 1-2 years experience at Corporate Finance / Transaction Advisory departments at Big Four is highly preferred

· Business modeling and financial analysis skills

· Good fundamentals on finance knowledge incl. relevant KPI steering as well as good understanding of front office performance measurement

· Team working and communication skills

· Ability to work in an engaging and fast-paced, deadline driven environment

· Agility – must thrive in a fluid and changing environment

· Own initiative, ability to co-operate, high personal responsibility

· Strong communication skills and assertiveness in English, both spoken and written

· Advanced experience using MS Excel and PowerPoint, and also being eager to learn other digital platforms as well as programming languages (e.g., Power BI, SQL and VBA)

· Ability to handle large amounts of data & data-mine to draw strategic insights in different formats, with a sense of urgency, and succinctly represent them
