Job Requirements
- Prone to work in information technologies or open for improvement in this field
- Good at diction, have effective written and verbal skills in communication
- Provide verbal and written support to customers
- Result-oriented and prone to teamwork
- For male applicants, having military service done or postponed for at least three years
- Good level of English
- Having the experience of communicating with customers directly and having the skill to conduct this process effectively
- At least two years of experience in a similar job
Job Description
- Giving support service via using ticket system and phone
- Intervening remotely to the technical support requests of our customers
- In case of not being able to solve the requests of customers, forwarding them to the relevant departments
