JOB DESCRIPTION
- To provide support to our customers on our e-commerce site according to their requests through the phone, WhatsApp, and live support chat,
- Following orders through our e-commerce management panel and leaving the customer satisfied,
- Eliminating problems in existing applications and supporting new developments,
- Contributing to development to cause ideas, to create a better process and a better development environment,
- Creating culture by using new technologies to be used within the company,

REQUİRED SKILLS
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish,
- Customer-oriented problem solver who can identify root causes and recommend corrective actions,
- A good team member with good communication skills for speaking with customers from all over the world,
- High motivation to innovate,
- Open to learning and willing to improve,
- Proactive and having a solution-oriented perspective.

Afternoon: 2 PM to 10 PM or 4 PM to 12 PM
Night: 7 PM to 3 AM or 10 PM to 6 AM
