We are looking for a "Customer Service Representative" for a digital jewelry brand which has a strong team of 650 people and a worldwide e-commerce infrastructure, it manages all processes from design to the last stage of production with a boutique approach. It operates in 65 countries with its offices in 8 countries, including Germany, Switzerland, USA, England, Norway, Australia, Bulgaria and Turkey, and 76 online stores.

Responsibilities
• Native speaker of English, Spanish, French, Dutch
• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat (inbound calls)
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (which will include shift hours)
• Good team player
Qualifications
• At least 1 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
