Swissôtel Resort Bodrum Beach lies directly on the waterfront in Turgutreis, approximately 20 km from the centre of Bodrum. A very popular destination as it offers ideal conditions for water sports, culture and Aegean relaxation. The main two storey hotel of Swissotel Resort Bodrum Beach comprises 66 rooms and suites. From tranquillity to entertainment, you'll have everything you've come to expect from a Swissôtel stay. Also, Bodrum is the most special corner of the Aegean; white houses, streets decorated with bougainvillea, mesmerizing bays and endless entertainment. Guests will start their day with deep blue Aegean waters and continue to Bodrum's memorable nights.

Qualifications:


  • Tourism&Hotel Management School degree
  • Min. 5 year experience in a similar position
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, to remain calm and courteous at all times
  • Professional & neat appearance, presentable personality.


Summary of Responsibilities:


  • Is committed to reach the target JDP results and strictly follows any agreed upon action to achieve that
  • Ensures that any Swissotel Standards/Leading Hotel Standards/ISO standards are strictly adhered to
  • Ensures that all guest, especially the frequent guests enjoys the standards and recognition
  • Defined in the above mentioned standards.
  • Always encourages and motivates his team aiming at exceeding customer expectation and Is fully committed to keep a guest history helping the hotel to deliver consistent service quality up to the individual taste of our customer
  • Manages all activities of Front Desk Clerks and assigns duties as needed to the different areas within the department.
  • Controls and follows up on room status for the current day.
  • Builds up and coordinates the effective communication with HK on day to day operational matters.
  • Ensures that back up reports is printed for each shift
  • Controls daily arrivals in the following detail
  • Ensures the circulation of memos and flow of information within the department.
  • Ensures that daily “Trace Report” is completed signed and filed.
  • Follows up on consumption of the printing and stationary and makes store requisition when necessary.
  • Prepares weekly working schedule.
  • Ensures the proper and prompt filing of the FO reports.
  • Updates FO information board as often as necessary.
  • Manages and ensures that check-in & check-out for groups and
  • individuals are carried out with maximum efficiency and courtesy.
  • Controls all group files and individual registration information following check in.
  • Handles guest complaints on the spot concerning Front Desk Service and shares the information with other departments if necessary.
  • Inspects rooms when necessary.
  • Prepares, handles and coordinates shift handovers and briefings.
  • Promotes selling of high rated rooms.

  • Knows and follows the fire and safety regulations of the hotel
