QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • High school graduate
  • Minimum 3 years experience as an executive secretary
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Experience in using all kinds of office equipment and following up their maintenance routine
İŞ TANIMI

  • Following up all incoming communication to the company and forwarding them to the related departments.
  • Assisting documentation of import department.
  • Managing and organizing parcel post from and to the company.
  • Organizing travels within and outside Turkey for the Executives.
  • Purchasing office supply
  • Planning the daily activities of company drivers, office boys
  • Assisting chairman and Vice President in their daily telephone calls,appointments, following up personal issues.
