Job Description:

We are looking for an "Assistant to the General Manager " to help the directing daily business operations. The candidate should be experienced in a supervisory role and be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives. The Assistant must be able to competently perform duties in the absence of the General Manager.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the GM in daily management routines
  • Assisting the top management by acting internally and externally as a problem identification and resolution resource, answering questions, providing guidance
  • Coordinating, organizing, scheduling appointments, events, interviews, meetings, business travels, and/or similar activities
  • Gathering, consolidating, reporting, and/or translating related documents, metrics and activities
  • Effectively communicating with all parties in all levels internally and externally (by mail, telephone, documentation, etc.)


Requirements:

  • 4 years University degree
  • Minimum two years experience in similar position
  • Fluency in English, second language will be an asset
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good observation skills
  • An ability to deliver constructive criticism
  • Computer literate and basic Math skills
  • An ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary
