Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines from reputable universities.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience preferably in; Recruitment & Talent Acquisiton.
  • Training & Development or/and Career Management experience are plus.
  • Experienced in technology or high growth multinational corporate organization.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced planning, organization and analyzing skills with high attention to details.
  • Ability to develop networking and high focus to stakeholder management
  • Understanding of changing business dynamics and proven ability to adapt, realign, re-prioritize goals and actions.
  • Excellent command of English both written and verbal.
  • Deep knowledge and user experience in MS Office Applications.

Job Description

  • Manage and execute the full life cycle of recruitment process from the opening of position requisition through candidate onboarding, focusing on supporting our Engineering Teams.
  • Design and execute attractive strategies with innovative sourcing methods to continually build and maintain a talent pool – both now and for the future.
  • Partner with hiring managers and other interviewers; providing recruiting reports and keep all stakeholders informed of candidates’ recruitment progress/status.
  • According to candidate's professional development and personal interests; supporting training and development process including; development of new training strategies, understanding training needs, creation of content, planning and organizing trainings and gathering feed backs.
  • According to candidate's professional development and personal interests; supporting talent development strategies including; suggesting, developing and implementing new methods and improvements about career management and performance management processes.
