Now, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Speacialit to join our team!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Maximum 1 year of talent acquisition, sourcing, and recruiting experience with additional experience relating to the Human Resources function such as HR generalist, HR Business Partner or Talent Management
  • Team player with a high sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment, and who wants to continue to learn and help drive Pegasus recruitment team forward for the future
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Turkish with proven ability to take initiative
  • Self-motivated, strong time management, planning, high attention to details, and organization skills
  • Preferably residing on the Anatolian side
  • No military obligation for male candidates


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supporting the whole cycle of the recruitment process
  • Supporting the prepation job posts, screening and contacting applicants, conducting interviews
  • Performing the reference checks of the final candidates and supporting the document delivery processes when necessary,
  • Designing new processes by following the recruitment and onboarding needs
