We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist who is mainly responsible for ebebek recruitment process;
· Recruitment process consisting of not only for searching candidate into the career portal but also executing ebebek’s young talent program named Everest Yolcusu
· This position will also lead HR’s Recruitment Digitalization on Success Factors. You will be the digital recruiter by setting and integrating SF into the system
· Employer branding is another critic responsibility for this position by visiting universities for the purpose of empowering ebebek’s employer branding
· This position also requires fluent English speaking because of international operations’ recruitment needs. You will be global Talent Acquisition Specialist
· This position also requires strict follow up and close communication wit business unit by behaving like an HR Partner
· This position will manage vendor relationship about Assessment center and any other kind of inventories
· Candidate living Asian side of İstanbul will be primarily evaluated because of our transportation process.
