Qualifications:
- University degree in related fields,
- 3+ years experience as an IT Recruiter (either in-house or a staffing agency ),
- Good command and understanding of terms and concepts of IT,
- Ability to multitask and prioritize,
- Good communication skills,
- A can-do approach and strong problem-solving ability,
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
- Be in contact with managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences of the positions,

- Develop and maintain a candidate database,
- Source and attract candidates through portals and social media,
- Prepare and publish job advertisements via career portals,
- Conduct phone interviews and organizing interview plans with the team,
- Screen and filter resumes,
- Conduct reference checks,
- Manage job offers processes,
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge and skills,
- Act as a point of contact and build relationships during the recruitment process.
