Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience as an IT Recruiter (either in-house or a staffing agency ),
  • Good command and understanding of terms and concepts of IT,
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize,
  • Good communication skills,
  • A can-do approach and strong problem-solving ability,
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Source and attract candidates through portals and social media,
  • Prepare and publish job advertisements via career portals,
  • Conduct phone interviews and organizing interview plans with the team,
  • Screen and filter resumes,
  • Conduct reference checks,
  • Manage job offers processes,
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge and skills,
  • Act as a point of contact and build relationships during the recruitment process.
