Investigate and determine talent needs in partnership with directorates and execute the recruitment and onboarding plan which will contribute to the long-term growth of the company
Implement new processes & tools and fine-tune standard recruiting processes
Drive early talent acquisition projects in partnership with concerned third parties particularly youth agencies
Coordinate early talent development projects executed
Lead Employer Branding Strategy in line with Group main strategies and policies
Qualifications
Willingness to live in Bursa,
Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or Industrial Engineering,
Willingness to learn and develop himself/herself
Must have innovative thinking, customer-centric, adapting, project management and good communication skills
Master’s degree in human resources or psychology is an asset
Previous professional experience in the related area is an asset
