QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

  • Investigate and determine talent needs in partnership with directorates and execute the recruitment and onboarding plan which will contribute to the long-term growth of the company
  • Implement new processes & tools and fine-tune standard recruiting processes
  • Drive early talent acquisition projects in partnership with concerned third parties particularly youth agencies
  • Coordinate early talent development projects executed
  • Lead Employer Branding Strategy in line with Group main strategies and policies


Qualifications

  • Willingness to live in Bursa,
  • Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or Industrial Engineering,
  • Willingness to learn and develop himself/herself
  • Must have innovative thinking, customer-centric, adapting, project management and good communication skills
  • Master’s degree in human resources or psychology is an asset
  • Previous professional experience in the related area is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • The ability of self-expression and digital skills
