QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer/Telecommunications/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Telecommunication sector
- Strong knowledge of Switching and IP routing protocols (vendors in current backbone are Cisco, Juniper and Huawei)
- Strong knowledge of Fiber, SDH, DWDM related transmission systems (vendors in current backbone are Nokia and Huawei)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of MS office applications
- Having a systematic and result-oriented approach to problem-solving and achieving goals,
- Strong planning skills and reporting skills
- Eager to learn and to take on new challenges
- Able to adapt to new environment / Good at the to changes in work environment.
- Able to consider financial part for creating BC (Business Case)
- Excellent task management and follow-up
- Excellent presentation

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work as a presales technical consultant
- Handle customer requests that is received from various channels (verbal, mail, internal CRM system)
- Handle internal network optimization/development cases
- Handle cases carefully, finds best solution that fits to customer expectation
- Attend to customer meetings if needed
- Work with national/international technical, sales and other departments
- Work with 3rd party providers on solution planning
