Now, as we want to grow further, we are looking for an highly motivated 'Technical Sales Engineer‘ for our ‚iron-steel technologies ‘ department, who is experienced in the steel manufacturing industry.

The area of activities are either Adana, Istanbul or Izmir. The product portfolio consists of oxygen lance holders, safety valves, torch cutting and scarfing systems, preheating and all kinds of mechanical parts for the steel manufacturing industry. Your main responsibilities for this position include:


  • Sales activities in order to achieve targets for oksijen lance holders, safety valves, torch cutting systems, scarfing equipment etc.
  • Expanding customer portfolio by finding new and winning back old customers
  • Finding new customer and application potentials
  • Weekly customer visits
  • Presenting our company and products in order to generate inquiries
  • Systematical follow-up of the quotations made
  • Reporting of all sales activities, customer visits and market developments
  • Follow-up of sales process from order, delivery, payment to after-sales with customer and internal departments
  • If needed, technical on-site service


Your Skills:

  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in sales of steel manufacturing technologies and products relevant to the steel industry
  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or relevant degrees
  • Fluent in English (regular contact with customers and suppliers), Geman is a plus
  • High willingness to travel without restrictions
  • Driving licence class B
  • Military service must be completed (for male candidates only)
  • Good experiences with MS Office and CRM applications
  • Highly motivated and willingness to learn
  • Strong problem solving abilties
  • Ability to plan independentely but also work in a team
