QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for a Technical Sales Manager-Tool Steel (Field Sales) for our BÖHLER brand. The position is based in our HQ in Gebze, Çayırova, Kocaeli.

Qualifications

· Holding a Bachelor degree from Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering.

· In depth knowledge of the technical qualities of tool steel.

· Good level of English.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, giving technical consultancy to the customers.

· Highly skilled in MS Office programs.

· Advanced level of English.

· B class driving license.

· Military service completed for male candidates.

Responsibilities

· Technical customer service and advisory

· Recommendations regarding steel grade selection, heat treatment, tool design, etc.

· Customer contact and development (incl. participation in customer seminars)

· Customer (re-)acquisition

· Technical investigations and recommendations

· Cooperation and technical interface with production companies

· Investigation reports

· Technical support in claims handling

· Customer visits including preparation and follow-up (claim and complaint handling, clarification of technical issues, product and application advisory)

· Support sales team in offer creation (technical expertise, recommendations)

· Training (e.g. product and application know-how, value based selling)

· Participation in seminars, conferences.

· Conduct internal trainings.

· CRM reporting.
