GENEL NİTELİKLER
CNR Holding, the biggest exhibition organizer in Turkey, is seeking Telemarketing Agents fluent in English, Arabic and Russian.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• University graduate,
• Preferably with call center and/or customer service experience,
• Good command of English language
• Able to use MS Office programs
• Able to communicate well with the customer,
• Successful team player,
• Have strong communication skills,
• High persuasiveness skills,
• Successful in human relations,
• Result oriented,
• Will be able to adapt to our dynamic and energetic structure,
Having Advanced Level (Reading, Speaking, Writing) in at least one of Following Languages
- English
- Arabic
- Russian
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Telemarketing CNR Expo exhibitions and virtual B2B's to domestic and international visitors,
• Processing domestic and international inbound customer calls,
• Carry out international B2B projects operations,
• Meet call and quality KPI's set by the manager,
• Reporting daily work to the manager,
