QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

TK Airport Solutions, S.A, international company in the field of specialized services to airports, is searching for an Admin Officer for its Istanbul Branch

Location: Istanbul Airport


REQUIREMENTS


Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related fields, from reputable universities,

Given the frequent communications abroad, excellent command of written and spoken English is a must

Candidates must have 5 years proven experience in international companies.

No military obligation for male candidates

Resident in İstanbul

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Reporting admin and financial data to company headquarters,

- Procurement from local suppliers and service providers, filing contracts and orders

- Monitoring and Reporting the Site Expenses; cash in/out (Submit and reconcile reports)

- Reporting the PO tracking, Petty Cash, etc on monthly basis

- Follow-up import of materials; coordination between head office and the local customs agent.

- Ensuring the good governance of the office: shuttle, canteen, stationary, documentation

- Collecting incoming invoices and reporting them to headquarters

- Administration of fixtures, computers, mobile devices etc.

- Fleet admin management
