About The Job
Estevien Clinic is providing health solutions such as cosmetic surgery, hair transplant, dental treatment especially to the international customers.
The main responsibilities are:
- Provide all communication with the patients
- Accompany them throughout their operations
- Conduct additional product sales and cross sales processes to the patients
About You
We expect:
- Excellent knowledge in Turkish & Arabic,English & French or Turkish with English & any other European languages (IT,DE,SP ....etc)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong customer focus
- Professional in appearance and attitude
- Flexible in working hours
- Preferably, at least one year sales and/or customer care experience
