The Role

An opportunity is available for an Transport Scheduler & Customer Service Agent in Adana, Turkey.

Your Responsibilities

* Customer Service tasks for the Co Products in our plant.

* Processing the sales orders that have been sent by our customers on daily bases

* Communicating with customers on daily bases

* Communicating with Credit Management.

* Coordinating the Claim Process

* Transport Planning of the Orders.

The Candidate

  • · Successfully completed university (Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics Departments)
  • · Fundamental experience in Logistics Departments
  • · Fluent in English and Turkish.
  • · Strong capability in software applications like Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP
  • · Independent, exact and structured way of working
  • · Excellent communication skills as well as strong ability to work in a team
  • High motivation
