POSITION PURPOSE:

This role will be responsible for the end-to-end selling, consultation and booking of tailored FIT trips. This will include product development, itinerary building and customer service, based on the Intrepid DMC minimum standards, company philosophies and operational systems.

By providing customised product that leverages market trends and fulfils our client business’s needs, both proactively and on request, Intrepid DMC will become a market leader in FIT sales growth. The role is “deep” in that the incumbent needs to be the primary contact point for FIT clients but have a good understanding of new and existing product and itineraries.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

· Strong destination/regional and local travel knowledge

· Significant travel industry experience, ideally with adventure travel

· Previous Sales experience essential

· Experience in adventure travel product development

· Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships

· Fluent English and Turkish language skills (written and verbal)
