At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (German is an asset)

Job description:
Assisting CEO in all administrative duties, providing quality information exchange between the CEO and related internal/external parties.
Organizing calendar of CEO, processing incoming meeting requests
Attending meetings, keeping the protocols, making the necessary preparations, analyzes and studies for the meetings together with the responsible Executive Board Members.
Coordinating information exchange between the management and the departments.
Creating documents, presentations to support business management in both internal and external affairs.
