QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

· Reporting to the CEO of the organization,

· Make planning by following the daily workflow and agenda of the CEO,

· Managing the e-mail, telephone, following appointments, carrying out the activities of welcoming and hosting guests, visitors, protocols,

· Accompanying the CEO in in internal and external meetings and events when needed,

· To be able to keep and distribute the meeting notes in English and Turkish in face-to-face and zoom meetings,

· No barriers to domestic and international travel,

· Travel, flight, accommodation, etc. Making reservations, getting tickets, renewing passports, realizing visa purchase processes and following up transportation plans,

· Assisting the travel, accommodation, meal, appointment, and domestic and international guest-hosting organizations,

· Preparing presentations for meetings,

· Building and maintaining cooperative relationships both internally and externally,

· During regular communication updates, provide an overview on diary appointments, manage "to do" lists,

· Providing support in all business matters, by adhering to the principle of confidentiality.
